safe location early check-in
i was so happy with the location, it seemed like the heart of the city , you know. i felt completely safe walking around at night , even as a solo traveller. checking in early, around 9:30 am, after a long journey was a blessing, it allowed me to rest before my adventures.
the swimming pool's temperature was a bit too cool for my liking , and i noticed the floor around it was not very clean.

central location convenient ports quiet night coffee machine
i appreciated the hotel's central location it made exploring very easy. our room had usb-a and usb-c charging ports which was convenient. the double glazing ensured a quiet restful night. complimentary snacks and a coffee machine in the room were also a nice touch.
the pool floor was a bit dirty which was a minor issue

the hotel is near many shops and the metro station it made sightseeing very simple. it is easy to return to drop off bags after shopping because of the location. it is indeed convenient.

the staff was helpful they were pretty good too assist with requests. i saw staff members greet everyone with smiles and engage in conversations making it feel cute. their attentiveness really stood out.

fantastic pool comfortable couches beautiful hotel calm oasis
i found the pool and wellness area to be fantastic. i enjoyed the comfortable couches in the lobby, they was perfect. the hotel created a beautiful space for relaxation in a stylish manner. there was calm and serenity present, i needed this after a busy day.

The rooms looked new and felt clean. I appreciated this. rooms were larger than most european hotels. I found it very comfortable for moving around and storing my belongings.

I enjoyed the afternoon snacks and coffee provided by the hotel. the complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar was refreshed daily, i really liked this service. breakfast was delicious. It offered a nice start to my day.

A Good Find!
helpful staff special treat comfortable beds
I must say, the staff was helpful and kind . My room included balloons and a special treat, because it was my birthday. The shower had great water pressure and heat, a true delight after long days of travel. The beds were super comfortable. I had no trouble falling asleep each night.

good breakfast kind staff central location
I stayed in a Double Room. The included breakfast was a good start to each day. The staff surprised me with their kindness. They were accommodating. The central location made exploring so easy!
